Great staff and beautiful cars. What's not to like
Had my new to me old 996 Carrera 4S serviced with them last week.I couldnt fault them, although a bit more work on a car than initially had to be done on the car, it was, lets be honest expected on a 14years old car.Rebecca Waite who has done the booking for me has been perfect and easy to get in touch with.Stephen who looked after me when I was there kept me informed of the process in a professional and courteous manner.The receptionists (I am sorry I didnt remember the names) were also brilliant.Will definitely do the trip from Twickenham again!
Excellent Porsche dealer and much much better than the factory-owned dealers in London. Worth making the short trip down the M23 to get your car serviced. Service manager Jeremy will look after you well and theres always excellent coffee and snacks available too. How all car dealers ought to be but simply arent sadly!
You could not wish for better service. The staff could not be more helpful. Really nice people and the hospitality is excellent and a lovely atmosphere to walk into.
I would like to thank the Mid Sussex Porsche team for helping me again to choose my new car. I took delivery of a 911 C4 GTS British Racing Legends Edition just over a week ago and the car was presented brilliantly. Bruce was a great help to me choosing the final specification on the car. On the day of collection I was given an in depth and very detailed handover which was very much appreciated. Bruce kept me fully informed on the build date and when the car was due to arrive in the UK. The Mid Sussex dealership is in my opinion fantastic from top to bottom. The whole team needs huge pat on the back for the excellent service which is offered in all departments. Well done.
