I had purchased a ford and it came with no service history - so phoned Dinnages and left a message for them to phone me back - less than 15 minutes later Sam from the service dept phone and went through everything very thoroughly with me - what can i say but thanks loads a great help - mervyn victor

Absolutely terrible service. Did a service on my van and I asked them to check something that I knew was wrong. They forgot and said they had. I gave them so many chances to admit it but instead they kept arguing saying everything was fine and that was normal. I took it to my garage and they instantly knew what the problem was and fixed it very easily. My van is now how it should be. So much for main dealers hey. LIf you want good honest service do yourself a favour and STAY AWAY.
Didn't buy a car here but came close. Staff were lovely, showroom was clean and spacious. Fantastic communication before, during and after test drive with no pressure. Impressed. Parking was a bit of a nightmare though.
Bought a used car today and customer service throughout has been outstanding. Would not hesitate to buy again and the help from Jonathan Bridge is worth mentioning. Thank you
