The people are very caring and the service is top notch but I can no longer bring my pet there because of the "No Insurance" policy. The staff seemed to think I just had 200 laying around after he got injured by another cat, saying that they only claim on insurance for "big bills". That *is* a big bill for anyone under 35 who usually don't have that kind of cash just laying around.
