Absolutely awful company. Hotel rooms are dirty, cramped and children are expected to sleep on metal camp beds with dirty sheets. The hotel did not cater for vegetarians and therefore my daughter was expected to have 2 pieces of cheese which was like rubber and tomatoes. Hotel staff stole from rooms and suitcases. Company would not answer my complaint but told the school they thought it was acceptable- not in my book after I paid nearly 700 for 5 days.
