Instructed Bennett Oakley via my mothers estate to draw up 2 Power of Attorneys. Only one of these has been completed, yet they are demanding payment for both. They are now demanding payment for both via the courts, despite having lost the paperwork for some period within their office. Have offered payment for the work completed, on several occasions, yet they want payment in full for work they may carry out in the future, as opposed to work they have completed. All from a frail old lady in care.Following discussions with the Managing Director he agreed to accept payment for the work down and waive the invoice for works not carried out. Once he became involved the matter was resolved swiftly, despite the distress caused.
This company is brilliant the team always go the extra mile and are open honest and transparent which is what I want on a legal team they have also saved me so much money but overall the advice and speed they get back to you is fantastic I fully recommend the Bennett Oakley team
