always great customer service
I have use Cruttenden & son for over ten year have brought my engagement and wedding rings and some birthday presents. I have always found the staff friendly, helpful and go the extra mile.
My wife has just purchased a watch costing 120 but then decided she wanted to return it and get a refund only to be told that Cruttendens dont give refunds.You either have to choose another item of the same value or more or be given a voucher for the cost of the watch to be spent in their shop so they dont loose.I have never seen a shop that will not give a refund providing the item undamaged and not been used.She asked for the refund less than a hour after paying for it.I think this is poor customer service and neither me or my wife will be taking our custom to Cruttendens again.I wouldlike to know what Cruttendens have to say.
