I have been using this practice for many years and have always found all the staff to be friendly and approachable. I feel involved in my treatment and given treatment options if appropriate. I always mange toget through on the telephone and get an emergency appointment if needed. Well done!
Dont know how anyone can give this surgery one star i have always had exelant service from this surgery and the reseptionist are better than most i have dealt with as for the waiting time you cant blame the doctors as they have to take on to many patience i would definitely recomend this surgery to anyone
Most Dr's and nurses are nice and informative, one lady who I dread to see just shrug's your problems off and rushes you away. today I called to rearrange an appointment at 2.40, the phone said something along the lines of: "We are currently closed, we open between 8.30 and 3.00" not happy about that, now I have to feel bad that I'm wasting my doctors time
5 years and they have always been excellent.
