Sam and his team are friendly honest and knowledgeable. My ABS light was on and they traced it to a wiring fault so it was fixed for very little money in the end. Great work
Supposedly fixed a fault on my car, no paperwork was given when I went to collect my car so who knows what they claimed to fix They couldnt of identified the electrical fault as stated by text message as the OBD port had been cut off. My car also come back from this garage leaking oil from its gear box which it wasnt doing before (proof from my green flag break down cover who I had out twice) and I drove my children on a motorway in a dodgy car which could of resulted in a major accident, had my car started to loose power there and not once I got near to my home. Currently in process of a court hearing from ideal web cars who used this garage to appraently fix my car after faults was found after buying my car from here. I was sold a faulty car by this salesman and his garage who said my car was under warranty and no one puts my kids life at risk and gets away with it. They used my vulnerability as I was a young girl on my own buying my first car who knows nothing about mechanical engineering what they didnt know was I have decent mechanics in the family/friends who will not let this go and has caused stress/ extra expenses as I relied on my new car for school runs and going to work.
